Monica Sanago, O.D., FAAO

Dr. Monica Sanago is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Throughout her career, she has focused on anterior and posterior segment ocular disease, urgent eye concerns, foreign bodies, and double vision. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable and welcome while providing the highest quality of care. In her free time, Dr. Sanago enjoys running, playing soccer, and reading. She also likes spending time with friends and visiting the different neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. She participates actively in the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Association and is proud to be serving her community.

• Undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from The University of Guelph, Canada
• Doctor of Optometry degree at The Ohio State University College of Optometry
• Ocular disease residency with subspecialty in scleral lenses at The Atlantic Eye Physicians in New Jersey
