Ivan A. Baumwell, M.D.

With well over 20 years of experience with microsurgical and laser procedures, Dr. Baumwell is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Baumwell and his partner, Dr. Bowers, are the Medical and Surgical Directors of the Cataract and Eye Surgery Center of Pittsburgh’s Ohio Valley General Hospital. He has extensive experience in refractive surgery and LASIK and has studied with the recognized world leaders in this field. Dr. Baumwell is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and teaches at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology.
